Neomycin sulfate, USP is a broad spectrum aminoglycoside antibiotic composed of a number of related neomycin compounds including neomycin A (neamine), neomycin B (framycetin), neomycin C, and a few minor compounds found in much lower quantities. Neomycin B is the most active component in neomycin followed by neomycin C and neomycin A. The quantities of these components in neomycin vary from lot-to-lot.
Custom Manufacturing and Testing: TOKU-E Company is able to perform specific tests beyond standard USP specifications including endotoxin content, arsenic content, cell line testing, spectral analysis, and more. TOKU-E Company has custom manufacturing capabilities and is able to produce custom grade neomycin sulfate suitable for use in nearly all cell culture applications including use as an ancillary material for upstream pharmaceutical manufacturing.
